INGREDIENTS
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (approx. 1.3 lbs.)
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 packet (1.79 oz) Q’ocina en Casa Green Sofrito Culinary Base
PREPARATION

In a bowl, use a spoon to mix cream, white wine, contents of one packet of Q’ocina en Casa Green Sofrito Culinary Base,salt and pepper to taste. Stir until fully mixed.

In a roasting pan, add salmon (previously seasoned with salt and pepper). Bathe with sauce from step 1 and add butter patties on top of fillets.

Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 min. Remove from oven.

Serve salmon with sauce and top with finely chopped dill.
TIP:
- Fresh dill can be replaced with finely chopped parsley.
- Goes well with potato purée or leek and cooked vegetable purée.
