INGREDIENTS

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (approx. 1.3 lbs.)
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 packet (1.79 oz) Q’ocina en Casa Green Sofrito Culinary Base

PREPARATION

1-verde

In a bowl, use a spoon to mix cream, white wine, contents of one packet of Q’ocina en Casa Green Sofrito Culinary Base,salt and pepper to taste. Stir until fully mixed. 

2-verde

In a roasting pan, add salmon (previously seasoned with salt and pepper). Bathe with sauce from step 1 and add butter patties on top of fillets.

3-verde

Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 min. Remove from oven.

4-verde

Serve salmon with sauce and top with finely chopped dill.

TIP:

  • Fresh dill can be replaced with finely chopped parsley.
  • Goes well with potato purée or leek and cooked vegetable purée.
